this model usually has issues with bios, try flashing another rom/dump, check rtc battery. also try soft reflow on ICH if above doesnt work.

Crystal is working. I checked it with my oscilloscope.
                +3VPCU is ok
                +3VPCU_EC is available @ 67th pin (AVCC) of U20 (KB3926QF)

What is the voltage on the middle pin of your power adapter? What is the voltage on pin 3 of CN3?

Sorry guys, I used Huntkey muti adapter for testing. after you mentioned about adapter i changed it and test with an original 18.5v adapter.now board is working. it turns on but caps lock blink error (single blink).

I forgot to tell you that this motherboard has been repaired previously and removed IDT audio chip. And now when i turned on U49 become hot extremely and smoke coming out of it.

I think previous technicain removed audio IC for this problem.I will check U49 and let u knw guys. Thanks for helping this far.

                          PL5 and PL6 has 37mV (+vcore)
Caps lock blink code error - Single blink for "CPU not functional"

I change the processor but nothing happened.

You mentioned earlier on PL6 resistance was 46Ohm. That was with CPU or without?
What is the resistance on pins 20, 31, 48 of PU1.
What is the resistance on pin 1 of PQ17?

Yes it was with CPU. But now i get 45 ohms for both PL6 and PL5 with CPU.

                              PU1

                              20 -5.3Mohms and decreasing
                              31- 0.595Kohms
                              48- 0.526Kohms

When power on VR_ON is up (pin 44 - Before power on- 0v after power on -3.3v)

                              PQ17 - 0.459Kohms

I have the same problem. anyone has a fix for it? other sites refer the bios chip as the problem, but i think i dont have the tools to solder a new one and reflash it

I suggest you take it to a ProTech to do it for you. But if you want to experience it, invest some appropriate tools for fixing laptop.
