I found in hp site bios update for win 64. when i extract the exe file in a folder i see a file with extension fd (3069F11.fd) and sized 1024 KO. i want to know it'is my full flash and how to change it to rom or bin because my programmer don't know this extension.

i have hp g6 (da0r13mb6e1) not power on. i cheked all voltage in bord is ok but 3v from pin8 pu2 not found.
i don't found any sheet for this ic (n311 5934).
it's the source of my problem???
