Have this one HP Probook 4710s with black screen. post card show me error code 01, but dont know what it means

i check around and this core refers to SB so i pu my finger on it and i think its hot.

damn these post cards SUCKS. i give a little heat to ATI GPU and it fires up.
Now do a reball.
