Samsung Syncmaster 245bw

Hi there

My Samsung Syncmaster 245bw recently stopped powering on.

There is no blue light from the power button at all. It started with the button being a bit unresponsive. The button had to be somewhat mashed or pressed several time to power on or off the monitor.

I took the little jerk apart and took some pictures of the power board.

None of the caps seem to be bulged or leaking. Aside from a little dust, everything "looks" copasetic.

I am wondering if the Power Buttons ever fail.

Sorry I am not going to look at your post - it is taking too long to load the pictures please delete them and repost
We can help a lot more if you please post good clear pictures of the whole chassis, and then pictures of each board, front and back (in the same orientation) and close up of connectors, (max resolution 2000x2000 and 2MB) using the manage attachments button, which is found by clicking "go advanced" under quick reply.

Please do not post inline and offsite as they slow down the loading of pages.
