    Hi .I Have dell xps without display ,
    internal nor external,
    If I remove ram, caps&num lock blinking
    did reballing to Gpu,
    all coils showing power ,gpu also is heating,

    Post the schematic so i can help you.
    Start by reprogrammin´the BIOS.
    If it doesn´t work, check the following signals:
    S4#, and S3#

        M1530 isn't with nVidia? GPU chip may be damaged, reballing does not always help with these.

              Faulty chipset. It is known to cause problems. Try changing it with a new one.
