Hello, I am looking for help with a Samsung E1920NR LCD Monitor that when turned on shows an extremely dark screen for a second then goes to black. The blue power light stays solid. I've included a picture of the board.

Possibilities:
Bad lamps/bad lamps wiring inside the panel.
Bad caps in the inverter section I.E. CI801, CI802 (cannot read the designator on this one).
Bad inverter transformer.
Bad solder joints.
Bad inverter circuit.
What tools do you have?
