Macbook A1181 not start

Hello,
have this one little beast that not starting after power button press.
Have not magsafe so i used standard 19V charget and inject it to charging connector. Have 3,3VALW,1,05Valw, have 3,3V on power switch but nothing happend when i press it.
In schematic there is power startup sequence but i get to only 9

i could not find SLP S4 ON signal so do u thik that MPC ic gone?
or there is some signals from charger that prevents to startup because of non apple charger?

i think about flashing bios. does anybody have rom for it?

I've tried a few times using different power source it does'nt work well you need a original 60w charger to start to diagnose the boards problems.
