tc-P50U50 power on, all white screen

I have a panasonic plasma. It powers on and has an all white screen. When i change inputs with the remote is goes a tiny bit less white on one of them but bright none the less. No menus are present. i have tried to reset the tv. The SS board has been previously repaired. There are no blink code errors.

Any idea what is wrong?

I checked all screws to look for any loose ones, and reseated all cables.

Do you have sound.
Does it respond to the remote control.
Do you have sharp pictures of the circuit boards.
Have you run the Test Pattern test?

i have sound.
it responds to the remote control.
the pattern test does not show up (and i tried to factory reset from the service technician mode), however i am doing it blindly as there are no menus.

I have attached pictures, but nothing jumps out at me. I can see that the SS board has had the upper resistors replaced that are attached to the upper heat sink (visible from underside and a very common problem on this set). Nothing else looks bad.

At this point I think it would be worth checking all your voltages are present on the PSU.

Bad A board I guess... if it was from the P board, it would go into an error.

i should also add that as soon as the tv is powered on, it shows a black powered on screen for half a second, then resumes to the solid white screen.
