Hey I just snagged an atlas lcr40 and dca55 meter on ebay. Been eyeing the lcr40 as a good capacitance meter for awhile but then I saw a listing on ebay for both for only about 140$ (which is usually the cost of only one of these meters :O) There was a bidding that started at 99$, but I didn't want to risk someone else just buying it now.

Two more tools to add to my collection
I already have the atlas ESR70 and it still works great, best tool ever! Only downside is that it isn't able to measure lower capacitance. As for the DCA55 semiconductor analyzer. Not sure on how to use that yet. I'm still trying to figure out the exact workings of transistors.
