Thanks guys; i ended by ordering from shopjimmy the repair kit for my board PLHC-A942B 0500-0412-1300,and i'll post results,hope the Epprom is not bad.
So I still do not know which fuse that blown, F601 (which is in the kit)??
so far parts that i found bad F601 short, Q706,Q707 short, now i suspect Q602,IC150 are also bad.
when i replace the bad parts then i'll use a 100w250v bulb in place of the fuse to check if something-else is short before other parts blow.
That means the shorts circuit is not in the PFC/primary power supply section, so I doubt that the MOSFET for the PFC is bad, and you already found two shorted MOSFETs in the Inverter section.

Thanks budm;i think the mosfet Q602 near the fuse that blown is ok!but when i get the repair kit i will check against the good mosfet,or just replace it, i think STR W60553 IC150 is bad,will see.

So the earlier test you have reading of 10.6 Ohm, so what do you get when you measure the resistance between two pads on the board for pin 1 and pin 3, the two pads between pin 1 and pin 5?

probe negative on pin 1 and positive on pin 3 =340k
Pins 1 and 5=0.700 M
Pins 3 and 5=0.600M
I'm measuring as per the pic attachment where 1, 3, 4 ,5, 6, 7 - pin 2 is broken.
I took the example how to check the STR from this video,the only difference is his STR measures resistance on the pins with Positive probe on pin 1 ,probe negative pin 3,4,5,6,7 and reversing probes he has nothing,mine is the other way around i get OL if i put Positive Probe on pin 1 and negative probe 3,4,5,6,7. and if i put Negative probe on pin 1 and positive probe on 3,4,5,6,7 i get the results on my test above.

That is not bad reading, now you need to test the resistance on the pads of the board where the IC pins used to be to see if it will show low resistance between pin 1 pad and pin 3 pad, pin 1 pad and pin 5 pad.

Sp per your poat 57, you indicated that those readings above were done in DIODE Mode, then the indicator on the meter should show the result in VOLT no OHM.
Look at your meter again and grab a good diode and test with meter setting in diode mode testing and show us what is showing on your meter screen.
