    Novatech A15A

    Hello fellow technicians

i got this notebook from somebody.
it became mine, so i will like your brain if you can help me to solve this puzzle .

the board code its in the picture.
i can`t find any schematics for so if you got one please share it.
p.s. i saw MSI uses this board to.

    let me begin .
somebody try to change the screen and ... yes they are not PROS.(connector pic)

-there is voltage on power button and it goes down when its pressed.
    -no voltage on bios.
    -nothing its heating.
-if i take the bios battery out and i insert the adapter its auto starting.

I can swap the the LCD connector but i will try to fix it before.

I never try to install ram on it but i`m 95% it will boot because i saw this case once but i did not even knew how to solder properly then.

the Q: did you saw something like this? was the kbc bad?
    thank you

      Re: Novatech A15A

the only think i found its that NPCE781LA0DX can be replace with NPCE783LA0DX(mine)

and NPCE781LA0DX can be found in Quanta ZQ1 Acer Aspire motherboard.

      Here

it shuts down the board if i press power button but it does not power it back.
      that`s what i need

yes the memory in the slot!

i just saw now why its hard to find a schematic for this board!

there are no marking on the board! 0 marking only jumpers

That's why you need boardview as well...it's pegatron mobo & I doubt you'll find any...I couldn't even find a schematic...Did you check resistance @ all coils?
And remove that fucked up connector before you power it up...

yes! I will take that socket out and not power until then.
I don`t get why its heating up the MEMORY! 1gb of ddr3 LOL

Maybe bad mem, shroted slot or something on ddr rail...clean the socket with ipa...It may help...without schematic it's really hardcore (at least for me) maybe some pro would fix it even without schematic...

BTW did you check the resistance and voltages at all coils?

                  i check they all 14Ohms and 2 with 18Ohms and 2 with 2-5kOhms.
                  brb i`ll check the voltage

Those with 14 & 18 ohms indicates short somewhere...think that's too low, mate...But check voltages anyway...

i`ll try to do a MACRO pic so i can map the board ohms voltage and how the trace go

                                    Can't even find SIO datasheet...
Found schematic of Acer 7250 with NPCE795LA0DX...
The weird thing is that hardware spec & config sheet says there's 794...Maybe the pinout is the same...

                                    & post those voltages...
