Samsung UE32D4000 not power on

have a Samsung UE32D4000, the Power LED flashes 2 times . anyone have any tips ?
But dont power on ,i have some service manuals but dont have electric shematic is this manual


BN41-01661A - motherboard
BN44-00421A - source power
