Lenovo B570 power off issue

i have lenovo B570, when shutdown in windows it shutdown okay, but the power key light stays ON and FAN still spinning untill battery run out.... how to solve this

Check pch wake signal, if ok, mildly heat the whole m/b. If problem still persists, likely pch end of life.

I had a B570 its heatsink not touched with PCH. I don't know why. But now i found that pch has gone and i ordered for a new one. You also check that heatsink over the pch ( It's has the contact between )
