Pliable Thermal Heat Sink Adhesive

I can find heat sink compound, epoxy but what I need is. A pliable heat sink adhesive that will hold a heat sink to a IC in a vertical position. Needs to be pliable to be removed or replaced when service is required. I found just about everything but what I need. Any suggestions or links?

Now, why not get a bunch of these and just replace them? Exactly how often do you need to redo it? How heavy is the heatsink?

Would something like that work? As you can most people in the reviews that gave it a bad rating simply don't understand how it works!
