Spi is 8soic near cpu with 25xxx like label. I' ve used http://www.ebay.pl/itm/CH341A-EEPROM...YAAOSwONBZCkrV programmer with non soldering clips. There are many tutarials how to use this tool. I have code for pfl6008k - I think it will not be compatibile with 7007k so Yoy must get it somewhow (maybe someone on forum have it). Good luck.
