    Toasty,

Hello. PCBONEZ indicated you might be able to help me.

To make a long story short, I have a SOYO motherboard (SY-P4I875P) which has a 4 Phase VRM which uses 4 pairs of MOSFETS operating in parallel. Three of the MOSFETS are no good:
    - one is NTD80N02 (out of four)
    - two are NTD60N02R (out of four)

I can not seem to find the NTD60N02R, and PCBONEZ suggested NTD70N03R as a replacement. However, he indicated that cross referencing MOSFETs is not his forte. So he suggested I ask you what you thought. Do you think the NTD70N03R would be a good replacement for NTD60N02R? I would replace all four, instead of just the two failed ones.

The following is the link describing my problem and the troubleshooting I have done, if you were interested. https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=10730

Thank you in advance for your help.
