- I’m troubleshooting a Gigabyte RTX 3080 Ti Gaming OC that throws read errors on all the vram chip.
- The card powers on and fans spin, but memory initialization fails.
- Powered-on measurements show FBVDDQ at 1.36 V and PEX_DVDD / PS_PEXDVDD_SW at ~0.96 V, while thermal imaging shows the FBVDDQ inductor heating up.
- Powered-off resistance tests reveal FBVDDQ Bank ~50 Ω and NVVDD ~1 Ω.
- Looking for advice on whether this pattern points to shorted GDDR6X chips or GPU internal issues, and how to identify which specific VRAM chips need replacing....

I have a Dell G3 3590 ( SELEK_N18E_MB 18812-1) and the Nvidia GPU is permanently deactivated following error 2000-0314.
Basically it say the thermistro GPU is out of value (cold start It ready 120°C permanently).
I need help to understand what piece of hardware may have failed and how to replace it as everyhting was working fine and the thermal paste was removed and replaced by PTM7950 properly.
All schematics are available on the forum and if someone could be able to help me and give me direction on what component to check first.

I'm trying to explore on fixing things like this GPU I have, it got two resistors missing when I received It. Its for an old PC the seller even told me its r5 240 and seemed its even flashed to show its r5 240 but the PCB says 109-C55357-00_02 V309 OUGA11 please can I get its schematics and Bios Flash? Hi guys, I'm working on a MSI Ventus RTX 4080 16G. The GPU has 12v, 5v, however what I assume is the 1.8v rail has 1.1v and what I assume to be PEX is 0v. As you may have guessed already there is no Vmem and no Vcore.

I have looked around in related forum posts for a schematic so Much appreciated if anyone can share a Broadview schematic.
