Hello everyone, I would like your help in obtaining a BIOS file for an HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3, so that I can reprogram it. The problem with the computer is this: As soon as you start it up, the fans spin slowly and then stop, indicating that it wants to display something, but a few seconds later, the Caps Lock and Wi-Fi indicator start flashing, and the fans start spinning rapidly.

First post on here so do tell me if i'm doing anything wrong. I have a laptop that came in with a broken hinge, but a healthy LCD. We replaced the LCD rear cover and now we do not get an image on the LCD anymore, though we get one via HDMI. There is sadly no schematic or boardview available for this motherboard (Bucks U42 DIS 17817-1) as far as i can tell, but I was able to identify which of the important pins on the LCD eDP connector (30 pin 2 lane) correspond to which pins on the motherboard display connector (which is 40pin, 30 for LCD and 10 for camera/face rec etc)...
