Turning off C-State in the bios makes the laptop works fine, but with C-State turned on the laptop will crash quickly once Windows has booted.
What is managing C-State on the hardware level? What should I check?...

I need to be able to enable the Thunderbolt security settings. The base thunderbolt settings are there, but the security settings aren't. (display port only, dock settings, etc.)

I can see the settings I need in Dell Command (DCC/GTTK), but it can't write bios settings since it's not a business line laptop.

I attached the official firmware. I can extract it with Dell PFS Extract, but I don't get what to do next. If someone could mod or help me mod this I would appreciate the help....
