Before my programmer came i tried to short the BIOS CHIP to overcome the Bios Password which resulted in a failure my Laptop has now a blackscreen and a musical tone.

first of all my request: I´m in desperate need of a compatible .bin-file to flash the Thunderbolt controller of the laptop of my girlfriend.

As for the explanation:

All started after I updated the BIOS for this laptop via the official Lenovo System Update tool. Afte around 30 seconds after the update the laptop went off and wouldnt start again. After lots of research and ordering myself a CH431a programmer, I revived it by flashing the BIOS chip with a suitable .bin-file I found on the Internet.
