thank you, I tried this bios it now does turn on but fans are on full power and no image, with org bios, what failed by updating it does not turn on at all.

is there a way to combine bios to get it booting again ?

always when you make a bios request post the original bios even if it is corrupted, the full name and model.....

It would need a better GPU....I'd love to toss a 1070 or 1080 in it, but I don't usually buy stuff that expensive unless its requested by a customer....you run the risk of it aging out and losing money on it otherwise....


That's the only reason this one got built. Very practical & well designed case....that's not typical these days, especially from Dell....I'm sure you remember the Dell/Alienware Aurora R7 case build recently....

Dell has a HDD recovery method as well,try both. If you can`t get it recovered then make a backup of the bios and post it in the bios requests section for fixing.

My ohh my, here we go with another one of these.... I was given a Dell/Alienware Aurora R7 in a junk lot from a local shop. Motherboard bad. CPU & RAM stripped, no HDD's.....but preliminary measurements reveal the X7DCA may fit it....





This will require some extensive modification....not so much for the fitment of the X7DCA, but rather all the proprietary lighting Dell used on this.... It's kind of dorky for my liking, but I have a 10yr old nephew that would absolutely...
