Hi here you have a tool for extracting or you can it do also manually wit hxd just search in update keyword biosimg and select the line underneath. And select block 1000000 hex . And you have your image or you can use this tool too . But you must see in original bios what type you have you got probably by lenovo ami-pfat.

I don't see any abnormalities in bios. Try testing the EC chip....

Your backup at post #24 is 16,385KB ,its 1KB too long.I think you have selected an OTP chip in the programmer and thats where the extra 1KB came from.Don`t choose OTP if it isn`t a one time programmable chip.
You can trim the 1KB off the end of it using a hex editor,then try the autopatcher again and see if it makes any difference or not....
