Hi, can you disable RAM please? Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15IML05 SN: PF1AFJMP
It powers on for about 12-13sec without display and no fan spin and goes off for the same period of time and keeps looping forever. Hope it will help.

hello i just noticed that my laptop getting so much ram errors and i checked i found out my onboard ram is faulty. this is the model of my laptop: L3-15IML05 Laptop (ideapad) - Type 81Y3

and my bios version is EJCN18WW and i already checked bios there isnt option to disable it can you help me fix the problem

Open your bios with a hex editor, search for the word BVDT .After that will be the bios version,if its EJCN**** you can use the bios posted by lapfix

EDIT: The bios you posted has Configured ME firmware,it is clean (open it with MEAnalyzer you`ll see for yourself) ,if the laptop hasn`t booted with that bios then it hasn`t got to the point where the bios is read and the ME becomes initialised,the bios isn`t being read .
