Are you sure about your readings for PQ19 and RSMRST#?
Check ALW_ON and SUS_ON. There should be 5V on coil PL9 before RSMRST# rises to its value of 3.3V.
Your problem lies somewhere in ALW_ON and /or SUS_ON

Black probe to ground, red probe on the coil's pin. PL9: 5.1V

Your post#24 measurement tells us that 5V is not present on PL9.
If you give us wrong feedback, the entire disgnosis goes wrong.
        What about SUS_ON?

Yeah, the method was totally wrong because i didn't know how to use the multimeter. Unfortunately I will not be home for the next 4 or 6 hours so don't wait for me. Thank you!

            PL11: 3.3V
            PL9: 5.1V
            PL5: 1V
            PL8: 1.5V
            PL6: 0.88V
            PL4: 0.8V
            PL3: 0.8V
PL10: 1.8V and dropping, cant get a consistent reading from this inductor
            PL7: 1.05V
            SUS_ON: 3.3V
Also the CPU gets super hot without the heatsink install (Is that a sign of a short)

New 2062A mosfet arrived, soldered it to the wifi board and now the laptop POST'ed. I've fixed it. Thanks for all of your help. If anyone encounter similar issues, just post here, I'll help you out. Thank mcplslg123 and mon2 so much for helping me out.
