I checked the afterimage with MEAnalyzer and the File System State is set to configured....

I just rechecked the hashes of the bios files after I programmed the chips and they are the same as the original files.(by original i mean the ones that you provided)

Edit: Also after i put the heatsink back on (needed to remove it to access the 16MB chip) and now the laptop behaves as if it were starting, altough the display is still black after 10 minutes, fan is not spinning at full speed anymore, but its noticeable.
The Power Button, as well as the ESC key-lights are on, but capslock and fnlock also dont work....

I was able to upload the 8MB as well as the 16MB file onto their respective chips, but I still can´t figure out where the EC is located.
Right now the laptop has been turned on for 15 minutes or so, and nothing happens except for the fan spinning and the power light, as well as the battery light(white) and charger light(red) glowing.

Is the SPI ROM at UT2 (W25Q80DVSNIG_SO8) the EC?
