I have my old faithful Lenovo P52

Serial Number: PF1Q58M9

I let Ubuntu run a Lenovo Firmware upgrade, and now its stuck and won't let me to the BIOS screen or anything
It played a tune and the Lenovo Diagnositc app says:


I have a CH341A on the way
Am new to this process.
Once I get the CH341A in, should I try to download whatever is on the chip and upload it here?
