thank you for your support. I use RT809H programmer. i desolder and solder for bios read and write. your bios write was successfull but the computer had the same issue.
power button keeps blinking. it seems something else....

1. I need a new bios
2. I tried to read the laptop identification numbers via UEFI Tool. but it was giving me a error message. "invalid volume". what would be the best way to read IDs from bad bios ?
