I found a second device to look it up, part says MPJH 8632 197 E6, sadly no luck finding this part anywhere. Any help would be appreciated thanks...

Hi everyone,
This morning I noticed my Synology nas doesn’t turn on, opened it up and saw this component in a rather bad state next to 3R3 inductor, there are some shorts further down but maybe it’s this part. I need some help with identifying and trying to replace it, if it’s possible to find it...
