I hope this will help you somehow before I give up on this laptop and just say that IT's better to buy a new one than deal with it.
As much as I work on it I found that the autopatcher won't work on it, cause the autopatcher patches BIOS which stores the password in this same chip as BIOS is stored on, and on Lenovo Thinkpad L412 the password is stored in separated chip. I managed to get rid of the password with shortening PINs 4-5 on the chip storing the password while BIOS is turning on which looks like restores default options for the BIOS reading of the chip, It should be on...
