Hi! I’m have a similar issue with your client’s laptop. My laptop suddenly went black screen and the fan was on with max rpm. When I’m playing any games, the issue wasn’t there, but when I was idle, it happened. I once checked armoury crate and the gpu is on power saving mode whilst being plugged in. A technician tested by removing the ram, and switching the ram, but the issue still persist. And the other technician told me to reinstall windows and now, without any games to run, my laptop immediately went black screen. I noticed that if I didn’t plug my laptop, it won’t go black screen....
