On the other side of the PCB there is also one component cycling, and that component is after the fan6751, but i can't seem to find the component on the internet.
Believe it or not, but i was just looking at the https://www.mouser.com/datasheet/2/1...51MR-94595.pdf datasheet and measuring the components behind the VIN, i'm assuming that the VIN "protects" the system and is turning on/off...
I'm rather new to repairing electronics, i do know the basics of most components but never actually repaired a PCB, but i want to change that.
So, i bought a faulty Sonos Play 1 speaker with the intention of finding the fault, and replace the damaged part.
Well, i did find the fault, i replaced parts that i thought caused the problem, but no-go.
The problem is a pulsing power supply, when i connect the mains to the board and hook up my thermal cam i see R306,307 and 308 getting warm, but i assume that's normal.
But, whats is not normal is the pulsing of resistor...
My real name is Mark (52 years old) and i'm into the computer repair business for over 30 years, but now i want to expand my knowledge with repairing PCB's instead of just replacing the motherboards when they fail.
So, bought some equipment, watched a ton of youtube video's (Hi Sorin and Andy!) and now i practice on old laptops and hope to learn a lot from here (and get some beginners help)...
