Is it possible do to it without the need to open up the computer, if so how. If I need to open up the computer, how do I do that. What kind of programmer do I need for it. Also what kind of packaging does this model have, I tried to look it up on google but couldn't find a definite answer....

Hello, I had the same model: G5 KF5-G3US353SH SKU:6554836 S/N; SN23361J007335 .
The laptop starts and can navigate through the BIOS and make changes there, but it can't boot into any OS; it freezes on startup. I tested the SSD, memory, Wi-Fi card, and other components, but those are perfectly healthy. I tried booting from USB, but it still froze. The repair shop said it needs a motherboard swap. Is it a BIOS issue, and how can I solve it? please help, I am a noob....
