Could anyone help me with a BIOS bin file to flash my ThinkPad, which is currently password in the BIOS?

bios : N2EET42W (1.24)
s/n : R9-0V246W
year : 19/05

note : I already tried with Lenovo Patches v2 and it left my laptop with a black screen and beeps as if it was missing memory ram....
