The laptop's power supply is providing 19v and 3.3V, 5V present. There’s also 3.3V at the power button, but the laptop only powers on intermittently. When it does turn on, it runs smoothly, but it fails to start again after shutting down. Overall, the laptop has difficulty starting up.
