Hi,
Has anyone tried to fix it Philips Lumea devices?
I have 40-50 pieces of the BRI977 model with the same symptom.
The device turns on (white led is on) but the flash wont fire, start.
I tried looking for service manual or diagnom, thers nothing on the internet.
Does anyone have experience or try servicing these devices?

First I look Hantek DSO2C10 (250EU), second OWON HDS2102 (100MHz, 500MSa/s) price is 185EU, but for my budget is OWON HDS262 (40MHz, 250MSa/s) it coste me 115EU.... -

When repair tv set oscilloscope can use for check smps, in main board can check eeprom and nand is comunicate with cpu.
Also can use to check graphic card, check mosfet ,...
For led tv backligt we dont nead scope, I know.

My speciality is repairing mobile phones, tablets, pc and TV sets. My new area is repairing graphic card.
I am thinking to buy oscilloscope for diagnostics tv sets, graphic card, pc.
My favourite is OWON HDS242 (40MHZ, 250MSa/s), handheld oscilloscope and ddm.
Main guestion is, is this scope with 40MHz and 250MSa/s suitable for this purpose ?
Please advise me.
