Thanks, the computer worked. Sometimes it shuts down as soon as the image appears on the screen, sometimes it shuts down after the operating system starts, and then it restarts, but the reset cycle occurs randomly....

I need a BIOS file. The computer powers on, but there is no display. It seems to start up normally, but no video output appears.
The 1.8V, 3.3V, and 5V rails are normal. However, the CPU and GPU voltages are missing. After about 10 seconds, the 3.3V and 1.8V lines shut down, and the fan starts spinning at high speed.

I suspect a BIOS-related issue. I would appreciate your help.
