The method to resolve this is to rewrite the bios, use the file below that I will be making available, Clear ME, FastBoot.
Try soldering the bios IC like this. REMEMBERING that you will need to ground the center of it....

I had the same problem with the Q409Z. No sound and taking a long time to turn on after an automatic Windows update.
