Hello,
I'm Garret. I am a new owner at a local company that offers IT services. I have a background in micro soldering phones, consoles, and other low and high density PCB's. I've decided to formalize my skills by diving into Macbook Repairs and need some schematics to do it. I am currently the only person in my area offering ANY kind of soldering repairs and I'm looking to level up my skills prior to pursuing a degree in electrical engineering.Comment

Hello, I'm Jay!
I'm new to the BadCaps community, and I'm excited to be here! I'm currently living in Ireland and working part-time as a phone repair technician. My soldering skills are pretty solid, though I'm still learning when it comes to the deeper electrical concepts. That's actually one of the things I love most about electronics – there's always something new to learn and discover.
My passion for repairing and refurbishing gadgets keeps me motivated, and whenever I hit a roadblock, I turn to the internet for solutions, which is how I've learned a lot of what I know. It's amazing how much I've been able to learn from forums like BadCaps.
I'm here to continue growing, learning from the community, and hopefully, share some of my own knowledge as well. Looking forward to connecting with others who are equally passionate about electronics repair!

I thought I did this intro last time, but my account seems to have vanishes, so...
I'm a retired software/hardware nerd who likes to tinker with fixing stuff, so this site looks like it has a lot to offer. I'm interested in cruising around a bit to find out what everyone is up to and possibly get some tips on resuscitating some broken laptops and saving them from landfill.Comment

Hi,
I'm new to this community and so far so good! The forums I see on here are very helpful. I started micro soldering a few years ago and I was lacking knowledge since there is no one in my area that does this job. Since I found this forum platform my life is smooth as butter.Comment
