Long Time To Turn On (not the caps!) UN65MU6300FXZC

I am fixing a t.v for a friend and came across a new issue.
When powered up the backlights and sound will come on but no picture. After a few minutes the picture will come on but the turn off again shortly after.

Model: Samsung UN65MU6300FXZC

I checked all the caps on the power supply with an esr and they were all ok. I did find the thermal paste on the processor rock hard and have cleaned and reapplied.

Check the lvds with an oscilloscope. Look for any difference when it works vs when it doesn’t.

Thanks for the suggestion. Ended up finding a bad ribbon cable.
