Samsung QN75Q60TAFXZA picture issues

I have a Samsung QN75Q60TAFXZA. It will power on for a second or turn and show the backlights and then reboot itself basically. When i unplug the ribbon cable from the panel tab board that runs into the mainboard, the backlights will stay on and just see the blackish screen.

Does this sound like the panel board tabs are the issue?

disconnect the black u ribbon ( under the speakers ) on the panel edge boards once at time then power on with signal feed via HDMI, check the if the set will power on and sound can be heard or can switch it off with remote control

I disconnected the ribbon cable from the motherboard to the panel circuit tabs. When I did that I was able to hear sound come from the tv.

yours TV build in T-CON. this one reason of other i asked you the test.. yours answer are wrong . all up to you
