Samsung un65f6350af Flickering

I have a Samsung model un65f6350af led tv. When I turn my tv on, I can briefly see the picture as the screen flashes on and off. The power light stays on the entire time. My tv is doing exactly what this persons tv is doing in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WzMYoI2jgiQ

Does this seem like it's a backlight issue?

Yeah, I tried what was mentioned, sanding the mount points for the main board so that it gets a better ground, but that didn’t work.

You mean you sanded the points for the powerboard, correct?

With that symptom and being a samsung un, probably the same old thing, bad backlights.
