Akai & Nordmende smart tv MB HK.T.NT72667V01 how to access u-boot

OK, i have tested many ways, i'm unable to access u-boot from the uart connection, i can see the LOG , if i long press power key on keypad for 4 sec i can get U-boot message but keep pressing enter or every other printable key i don't get prompt, if i short press it the u-boot text is shorter, if i press longer than 4 sec message differs but goes in an endless repeated error message about emmc. Help please..

PS: TV is Nordmende ND55KS4000 J 4K Smart , same as Akai AKTV5534 J SMART. Main chip is Novatek NT72667
