Sharp LC-40LE820UN not coming on

This is a TV I had for a while. I have narrowed the fault down to the motherboard and I want to reprogram the EEPROM. Thing is I can't find any info on the EEPROM which is ic2004. I uploaded pics and a service manual.

Looks like an 8 pin.,2 wire, serial EEPROM, and from the schematic on page 86 operates on 3.3V supply, 2Kbits
Perhaps the pinout would be similar to other common EEPROM's
