    Proscan 40LD45Q messed up and no image

    hi

    tv powers on fine to a blue screen

    when OSD is hit the menu shows up ok sometimes for a few seconds and then just slowly fades away..if i click a diff menu option the refresh is lagging big time from option to option...

    backlights are fine

    this is one of those funky issues that im not sure what would be the cause..maybe bad lcd panel bonded tabs?

      i have good voltages coming from ps/.;...and i have 12v at tcon
