    samsung pa43h4900 dead

    hello, i have plasma set samsung pa43h4900, the vs voltage comes uo and go
    i have tested all mosfet all is good, the power supply is given out all voltage as i short ps on to gnd and vs on to 5v , can anyone help please

          Hi everyone I have this plasma here that has no standby light and is completely dead. I opened it up to see extremely dirty and dusty to which I cleaned but made no difference. So I checked all fuses good. I checked the standby voltage 5 volts good. Then I did that plasma control board test by shorting the pins(THANKS 2 TVTIMMY) and the tv actually turned on and made a sound. Does this mean I need a new motherboard?...
