Does anyone know if the LG panels are compatible LC420WUG (SC) (A1) and LC420WUG (SB) (A2)?

I found a datasheet for this LC420WUG (SC) (A1), and for this other LC420WUG (SB) (A2) I can't find anywhere, as if it was produced on Krypton
I have a faulty LC420WUG (SB) (A2) screen so I would install one if LC420WUG (SC) (A1) compatible.
both are ful HD, and have 2x60 pin mini LVDS, the only question is whether the layout in the connectors is the same
