BLU On = 0V means the backlights are not being switched on.
If you disconnect the mainboard from the power supply do the backlights come on and stay on?

This was my first encounter with connector like this and i wasnt all that sure how to properly write that out.

The connectors look good with no sign of over heating.

The pinout chat on mine is SUPER small and blurry , i will attach a photo of mine and then one from shop jimmy which isnt any clearer than mine.

Where are the pin names for each pin of the connector on the power supply board? The power supply connector also has 16 pins you only report 8 pins and also the pinout chart printed on the board to tell you what each pin is for.
Did you also inspect the connector at both ends to see if there is any sign of over heating on the connectors?

Picked this TV up and they said it will no longer power on. When you plug it in the TV will flash the Samsung logo and power off with the standby light blinking 3 times and it will not power on. If you unplug the main board and turn it on the backlights do come on and the tv will stay running as well but of course with no picture so we know the backlights at least work. Any insight would be much appreciated. Below will be the voltages for the main board and power board while powered on
