Need help to identify LED type

I am working on a Samsung UN65MU6290V that has bad led backlights. I am trying to replace the LEDS on the strips, but they have a strange shape on the bottom. Can anyone tell me what type led and maybe a part number.Large pad is negative and Small pad is positive. Also runs at 5.2v. strip part number is BN96-44814A.

Everything I find with that number has square pads on the bottom. This one has a strange shape that is why I am looking for help from this forum. Please look at photos in first post.

IF you are looking to buy them ASA.VD.PC on ebay has them, great price.
Make sure you get your power board repaired also, otherwise they will go bad again.
They have bundle of LED and Power also with Core charge.

People looking to do this repair i wouldn't recommend it the remain leds have probably been subjected to excessive voltage and wont last long so you will probably be in the same boat in 5 months to year later
