TCL LED TV Model No. L58E3000

Good morning.
I have replaced the Backlights on this TCL LED TV. However, the Backlight setting is at 100 and grayed out in the User Menu. Does anyone know the code to get into the Service Menu that I may turn down the Backlight Level?? Thanks

Have read this for a smaller TCL. Using remote go to Menu, picture, contrast, then enter 9705 or 9735. Otherwise have you tried a factory reset.

OK I have a 4 year old 50" TCL and going to contrast and entering 9735 brought up a menu.
