I have just picked up a Samsung PS64D8000 with a bad power supply board (board PN: BN44-00447A). There's an obvious burnt leg/solder pad on one of the transformer/coil legs which I've cleaned up and re-soldered but I've also found a shorted MOSFET. The part number is FDA28N50F and I can see that they're available from RS, mouser and ebay etc....but...being impatient I've found some similar ones on a spare Panasonic board and wanted to check if anyone could say for sure if they would work? The specs listed on mouser are fairly similar but I'm not sure if they're close enough? Can anyone help?
